“And day by day, attending the temple together and breaking bread in their homes, they received their food with glad and generous hearts, praising God and having favor with all the people.”
Why Groups?
We were made to worship God and to do so together.
The great privilege and goal of Christian fellowship is to be formed into a worshipping community, being transformed together into the image of Jesus. This means we bear responsibility not only for our personal faith but for the holiness and joy of one another.
In addition to connecting informally with other Christians throughout the week, two of the main environments you can experience this at the Journey Bayless are in Community Groups and Bible Studies. These groups are the front lines of care and discipleship in our church, and in these groups, you can expect to worship together, fellowship together, pray together, study the Bible together, and serve together.
